Patagonia Outside the United States
If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order, please choose your country and language from Patagonia.com. You can select your country of origin by scrolling to the bottom of the homepage and clicking the flag icon in the right corner. You can also use our Store Locator to find a Patagonia store or dealer in your area. Currently, we do not ship to all countries from our US Distribution Center. If you are in one of the following countries, please click on the country name to visit your home site: Argentina, Australia, Chile, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan.

Product Availability Outside the United States
Local Patagonia dealers will work with you to deliver the product(s) you want. However, stock is limited to seasonal and regional assortment and they may not have your desired styles. If you are unable to find an item locally and your country is listed below, you can order directly from the United States.

Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment. Patagonia will only charge for products purchased and shipped. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.

Shipping Note
If your International Order contains a back-ordered item, your shipment will be held until all items are in stock. This may delay your order by several weeks or longer depending on the back-order date. Back-order dates are not guaranteed and may shift after your order is placed. To avoid delays, we recommend selecting alternate colors/styles that are in stock or placing separate orders. Shipping fees, duties and taxes will apply to each order. Patagonia does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.

Duties, Taxes or Other Fees
Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. Patagonia is not responsible for customs and duties. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns
All products are backed by our Ironclad Guarantee. The quickest way to process a return, is to take it into your local Patagonia store, or return it to the original dealer where you purchased it. You are also able to return items to our US Distribution Center. To ensure the fastest, most efficient processing for your return, please include your packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, receipt, or proof of purchase, please see our Return Form for instructions. Please note: all international returns must be sent back via Postal Service only. Patagonia is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
