Patagonia Repair Details

How long does the process take?

We do our best to repair your gear quickly. However, intricate repairs can take time. During peak times, it can take up to 30 business days from the date that an item is delivered to us for the repair to be completed and sent back to you.

Keep in mind, dirty garments can increase repair time. To keep our technicians safe and get your item back to you quickly, we ask that all garments be cleaned prior to sending in for repair.

What will my repair cost?

We offer a $5.00 printable shipping label when you set up your repair online. Once your repair is complete, we’ll cover the shipping cost to get your item back to you.

Additionally, Patagonia will cover the cost for repairs that are covered by our Ironclad Guarantee. Repairs due to normal wear and tear will be charged a fair price.

Can’t find your order number?

Print and fill out the Repair Form and include with your item. Next, ship to the address listed on the form with tracking and insurance (Patagonia is not responsible for lost packages).
Bring your repair to a Patagonia Store.

What if my item can’t be repaired?

If your item is deemed irreparable, we may at our discretion, replace it or issue a merchandise credit for the last known retail value. If you prefer, we can also send your un-repaired item back to you, free of charge.

Note: At this time, our online repair processing is for domestic (U.S.) shipments only.
